Add Breadcrumb to pages; fix redirect after inserting/updateing item; add clientName, roleName, userName to the DTOs becuase of Breadcrumb navigation; remove navigation back button; Fix tests according changes;

Fix namespace Skoruba.IdentityServer4.Admin.AspNetIdentity to Skoruba.IdentityServer4.Admin.BusinessLogic.Identity.

Move definition for Log table to the AdminDbContext - OnModelCreating. Add projects description for generation of nuget packages. Fix namespace for Helpers folder in BL.Identity.

Rewrite business logic - rename AspNetIdentity project to Identity for simplicity. Rewrite the EntityFramework layer into two projects - Identity and IS4.

Add Shared project for common DTOs, helpers etc., Add project for DbContexts - this project contains one predefined DbContext with Asp.Net Identity and IS4 - for whole administration.

Add Simplified Chinese Localization Resources

Remove generic type for ClaimKey, becuase it is designed for int. Try to use GUID as a default type for all identity entities. Fix some conversion issue in PersistedGrants.

Fix pagination.
