Update IdentityServer4 to version 2.4.0; Remove middleware UseXfo because of issue: #237; Prepare template scripts;

Update to beta version 6; Remove Implicit flow from Client Types; Modify template PS for preparing project before creating final template;

Update to .NET Core 2.2, update logging - reading configuration from appsetting.json and writing into file and mssql database.

Update IdentityServer4 to 2.3, update client object, add api resource properties, fix tests. Currently exclude new properties - created, updated, lastaccessed and noneditable. Add device flow into client managing.

Add Shared project for common DTOs, helpers etc., Add project for DbContexts - this project contains one predefined DbContext with Asp.Net Identity and IS4 - for whole administration.
